A former certified Youth Worker and Mental Health Associate, Timothy has a clear understanding of the industry and is purposeful in his desire to assist youths in accomplishing their goals. In addition, he has over 21 years of experience in the corporate sector and is now leveraging his expertise to bring innovative ideas to the industry. 

As a licensed counselor with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit arena, Onika fully understands the needs and challenges that foster youths face daily. The experience that she has acquired is unparalleled and she is committed to providing resources, guidance, and support to ensure each youth is equipped with what they need to thrive.
